Shipping & Delivery

When Will My Order Be Processed?

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please ensure you select the correct product, size, and color, as we cannot modify orders once they are placed. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

All orders are handled and shipped by our production partners. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. This email will include tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes on international orders.

Tracking

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and provide any required information to customs or the courier. If an order is returned to sender or marked as an unsuccessful delivery due to failure to follow up with the courier or submit required information, we are unable to offer a free refund or replacement. A new order may need to be placed.

Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documentation and processing time, which can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

Orders may be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier. In many areas, deliveries are made with regular mail. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions on how to collect your package.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.

Payment of any applicable taxes or duties is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Irish Icons. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking your local postal and customs regulations regarding restricted or prohibited items. Irish Icons is not liable for items that are refused or confiscated by customs in the destination country.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, your bank may apply a different exchange rate than what is displayed on our website. You may also be charged a foreign transaction fee.

These fees are set by your bank or card issuer. Irish Icons is not responsible for exchange rates or fees charged by financial institutions. Our store displays prices in your local currency, but all transactions are processed in USD via PayPal or Stripe.

Cancellation / Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders are processed quickly, and once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
